Last updated: August 2026. By using VoiceSeal, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using VoiceSeal (operated by VoiceSeal Inc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You may only enroll a voice that is your own, or one you hold sufficient rights and written authorization to enroll (for example, as an authorized representative or estate). You represent that you have the necessary rights and consents for every voice and audio file you submit.
You may not enroll or upload the voice or recordings of another person without their explicit written consent.
You retain full ownership of your voice identity and your uploaded audio. By enrolling, you grant VoiceSeal a limited, revocable license to process your voice data solely to provide the services — voiceprint enrollment, rightsholder verification, pre-synthesis authorization, provenance marking, and licensing management — as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your voice data to train or fine-tune machine-learning models.
You may use VoiceSeal to manage authorization for your own voice, submit clips for rightsholder verification, set licensing terms, and generate revenue from authorized licensing.
You may not use VoiceSeal to harass, impersonate, defame, or harm any individual; to submit fraudulent, retaliatory, or bad-faith verification or takedown claims; to enroll a voice you have no right to; or to attempt to defeat, probe, or misuse the platform's security or authorization mechanisms.
Platforms may query the pre-synthesis check API to obtain your authorization decision and licensing terms before generating audio. The check governs only platforms that have chosen to integrate it; VoiceSeal cannot control platforms that have not adopted it. API access is subject to your plan, rate limits, and any additional integration terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the authorization terms you configure.
Verification is a Beta feature. When you submit a suspect clip, VoiceSeal compares it against your enrolled voiceprint and a member of our team manually reviews the result. A verification result is an assessment offered as a signal to inform your own decision — it is not an automated verdict and not a legal determination that any use is unauthorized. VoiceSeal does not crawl or continuously monitor platforms, and does not file takedown notices or pursue enforcement on your behalf.
Synthetic audio marked through VoiceSeal carries a trusted, cryptographically signed C2PA content credential via the Trufo Provenance Platform. Content credentials can be stripped or degraded by downstream processing outside our control, and their presence or absence is not by itself proof of authorization. Acoustic watermarking is not a functioning control and should not be relied upon as one.
When you set licensing terms on your voice, VoiceSeal facilitates the presentation of those terms to integrated platforms and the collection of associated payments. VoiceSeal retains a platform fee as disclosed on the pricing page. Payouts are processed via Stripe. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the licenses you grant and for any applicable taxes on your earnings.
Subscription fees and plan features are described on the pricing page and billed through Stripe. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
The VoiceSeal platform — including its software, model integrations, authorization, provenance, and verification systems, and any related patent filings — is the property of VoiceSeal Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our technology.
VoiceSeal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that pre-synthesis authorization will be honored by any platform, that verification will identify every unauthorized use, or that provenance credentials will survive all downstream processing. Verification accuracy depends on audio quality, model behavior, and human review. VoiceSeal is a tooling and infrastructure provider, not a law firm or a legal remedy; consult qualified counsel before taking enforcement action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceSeal Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
If ownership or authority over an enrolled voice is disputed, or is transferred (including to an estate or successor), we may suspend the affected voice, authorization terms, or payouts until the dispute is resolved or authority is adequately documented. You agree to provide reasonable documentation of your rights on request.
You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your biometric data is permanently deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Wilmington, Delaware, except for injunctive relief related to intellectual property, which may be sought in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
